Liberal Democrats commit to:
- Save money and improve efficiency by reducing the number of District Councillors.
- Promote energy efficiency and support appropriate renewable energy projects to protect the environment.
- Devolve control and delivery of car parking charges and other appropriate services to Town and Parish Councils.
- Build affordable and energy efficient homes and support local regeneration projects to boost the local economy.
- Develop a Community Toilet Scheme for the whole District to support tourism and active living.
